Do I need to know which service I need?
No. A care navigator and qualified clinician can help identify the appropriate next step based on your needs, eligibility and assessment.
How quickly can an intake be scheduled?
Intakes are generally available within 24 hours of initial contact, subject to clinical appropriateness, coverage and availability.
Will my insurance cover the assessment?
Initial assessments are generally provided at no cost when covered by an eligible participating plan. We verify benefits and explain any potential patient responsibility before services begin.
Can I receive care by telehealth?
Eligible Virginia residents may receive outpatient therapy by secure telehealth when clinically appropriate. Community-based services may have different geographic requirements.
